We're so confident you’ll love our products that if you’re not satisfied for whatever reason, we'll issue you a refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you MUST have had access to the product for a minimum of 24 hours and be able to show proof of purchase.
You must lodge your claim within the first 30 days of purchase. For example, if you purchased on March 1st 2025, add 30 days and the date would be March 30th. The refund would need to be lodged on or before the 30th of March for a full refund. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.

3. LauraMaylen.com reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer.
4. LauraMaylen.com has absolute discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to a refund.
5. LauraMaylen.com reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent. Failure by LauraMaylen.com to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. LauraMaylen.com has 7 business days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.
7. If a claim is approved, LauraMaylen.com will process payment within 30 calendar days of approval.
